What Are Possible Impossiblities?

“The Poet ought rather to chuse Impossibilities, provided they have Resemblance to the Truth, than the Possible, which are Incredible with all their Possibility.”
- Henry Fielding, quoting Aristotle in The History of Tom Jones, a Foundling

Events

Events I will be attending or have recently attended as a professional.

Image Expo, February 24-26, Oakland

My entire first month as PR & Marketing Director at Image Comics was dominated by scrambling to help organize and publicize this convention. Celebrating Image Comics’ 20th anniversary, Image Expo has most of the Image founders and all of the current Image partners as special guests, along with some of the most talented creators in comics today.

GeekGirl Con, October 8-9, Seattle

On Saturday at 10 a.m., I will be on the “Comics for Breakfast” panel with Rachel Edidin from Dark Horse and Mariah Huehner from IDW and Conlan Press.

Alternative Press Expo (APE), October 1-2, San Francisco

I will be there only on Saturday. You might catch me at the SLG Publishing booth, but I will not be officially working the booth.
